Refund and Cancellation Policy

ANS returns policy is as follows:

1. Medicines and other medical products from the pharmacy must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. 
2. The product must be returned packed and in its original condition with invoice/bill. 
3. In the case of medicines, only stripes can be returned.
4. All medicines that have stated environmental/temperature conditions will not be returned. 
5. Any medicine which has an expiry in the coming 90 days will not be returned. 
6. There may be some companies that have no refund policy, in such a case no refund/return is possible. 

Refund 

Once the Product is received in its original form to the hospital successfully, ANS Super Specialty Hospital will initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 48 hours. 

Cancellation Policy

Please note an order or service can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However, return is possible for all orders/products.
